Katie suggested this tea when I asked for a basic black tea. I've only had it hot, but it is deliciously mellow and the perfect way to start my day.

I use this tea as a base for the fresh mint from my garden. It gives me a smooth black tea that allows the mint flavor to fully develop.

Clean and crisp with a perfect astringency for iced tea, but is also delicious hot. This is one of the teas I reach for when I "NEED" a cup of tea! Very refreshing and a good pick-me-up. Great with food. Roma S., Omaha
