I have one of these and it is fantastic for the office. I can have quality tea, that I buy from the TeaSmith, without all the mess. I just keep refilling all day long and with the secret compartment I never run out in a day. I'm hoping to get the Pink one for Christmas!! Amy B., Omaha, NE
