Our friend Elizabeth Wells, author and host for University of Nebraska's Afghan Teacher Education Project, is featured in the new publication of Chicken Soup for the Tea Lover's Soul. Her story tells how tea has helped bridge the language barrier as she hosted teachers from Afghanistan studying in Omaha.
The event was held Sunday, December 2, 2007 at our Legacy Store on 168th & Center.
