I've owned this book for a few years and looked through the many recipes it has although, sadly, I haven't made anything yet because matcha is so hard to find or so expensive to buy where I live. But many of the recipes look good and seem easy with few ingredients to use. I highly recommend it for anyone who seriously loves match and wishes to cook with it. (^o^)\/
