We first discovered this classic oolong at a Gong Fu Chinese tea ceremony. This particular tea is a special find, as it is crafted with Ti Kuan Yin for a special flavor. The ginseng and tea are nicely balanced, and will develop well over multiple infusions.

Easily one of the tastiest oolongs I've ever had. The light sweetness of the ginseng in the first infusion drops off through the next 3 or four, but quickly gives way to a wonderfully smooth tea. As an active college student, this has become one of my favorites to sit up a few extra hours and work with because the ginseng and milder caffeine offer a brighter alertness than a buzzy coffee rush or energy drink.
