I actually went in looking for plain matcha but they were out and had this instead. Now gymnema is known as a "sugar destroyer" so don't add honey to this tea. It curbs the cravings for sweets and will make sweet taste funny on your palate. Great tea and I will probably be getting this from now on instead of the basic matcha.
