These wonderful large-sized tea sacs are a must-have for brewing flawless tea in multiple cup tea pots, if timing and clean-up convenience is of essence. I recently put on an English "Cream Tea" for a ladies book club, which required having multiple varieties of hot tea in 8 separate large pots ready at the same time. These Size 4 T-Sacs were essential to pulling it off. I filled and sealed (with a hot iron) the Sacs a day before the occasion, so had them ready to drop into each pot of perfectly hot water at the right time, with a "second pot" replacement sac on standby. For a catered tea like this, there were no messy tea leaves to discard and rinse out of filter baskets: I simply had to pluck the bags out of the pots to neatly throw them away. These Sacs are also very convenient for slow brewing a pitcher of ice tea in the fridge overnight. The unbleached quality is a plus for health and taste sensitive tea drinkers.
