The perfect way to brew
Even before I understood the Gong Fu style of brewing, I fell in love with this set. If I'm going to have a quick cup of tea for just me, I love using this to brew a teaspoon of tea as the clean up is a quick rinse. II also use it with about 3 teaspoons of tea to do gong fu style. This way requires less steeping, as little as 30 seconds with green tea and a a minute or two with others. Each steeping this way highlights different flavors of the tea and helps me identify why I love certain teas. If I had to have one tea "pot," this would be it!
