Product Description

Most of us do a fine job of keeping ourselves in hot water; however, keeping our water hot is a whole different type of challenge. For the best cuppa, you want to use the proper temperature for your tea. How do you solve this problem?

For many of our customers, the problem has easily been solved by the Water Boiler from Zojirushi. It provides 3 liters of hot water at the push of a button.

This new model incorporates all the best of previous products. The ultimate in convienence and control. This high quality electic kettle will bring 3 litres of water to boil, then hold it at the temperature setting of your choice.

Check out these great features designed to make your life easier:

  • 4 temperature settings: 140F, 175F, 195F, and 208F
  • Reboil feature
  • Automatic shutoff
  • Timer (your hot water will be ready when you wake up)

As an added bonus, the Zojirushi pot can be used for more than just brewing tea. It provides hot water for hot cocoa, soups, Jell-o, and rice. We heard that coffee can be made with hot water from the Zojirushi pot, however, we cannot confirm nor condone that practice.

I paid around $100 for my Zojirushi 3L water heater and couldn't believe the price, (which I believe is the same in the picture) but I LOVE IT! This has to be the best electronic thing that has come from Japan, save the Zojirushi rice cooker. A word of caution: do NOT use regular tap water when filling the pot or grim will build up that you won't be able to wash out with vinegar or soap. If you can find a Japanese store (like Aki's) they have cleaners for water heaters, but that's it! Make sure to use water from a Brita pitcher and it'll save your heater for years.
