In the Spring, after the tea plants have rested during the winter, new crops bloom in the tea producing regions.  Delicate First Flushes from Darjeeling, Shinchas from Japan, and floral blends featuring lavender, rose, and cherry are the highlight of our infusions and teas for spring.

As Summer arrives and the earth warms, iced tea takes center stage.  We enjoy the flavors of sun-ripened fruits in iced teas. Cool and refreshing, a mix of berries, citrus, and stone fruits adorn our summer tea blends.
