This blend was born of our experiments with the blue butterfly pea flower. It is a beautiful citrus and light floral blend with passionfruit flavor to go with your favorite tropical dreams and to create a bit of whimsy in the form of iced tea at the table. Blue butterfly pea flower in this delicious blend causes the mix to brew up blue from the anthocyanins contained within the flower.
Insider Tip: Add a few drops of lemon juice and watch the blue liquor turn purple!
