This creamy and fruity oolong is a dream both hot and iced! Blended in celebration of our 20 years in tea, we started with an oolong tea from the Wuyi Mountain region that has been rolled and partially oxidized. We then paired it with currants, organic lemon grass, and organic blueberry and lemon flavors. The blend is full of flavor and well-balanced with a lovely vegetal and creamy quality. When enjoying this tea steeped in the gong-fu style, later steepings bring out the roasty notes of the oolong that counter-balance the blueberry flavors nicely!
Insider Tip: This is a rolled oolong. Try it at different steeping times to pull out different flavor profiles. Brew it strong for an iced tea, or cold brew for even more smoothness. Tell us what works best for you!

Oolong teas are commonly known as partially oxidized because the oxidation allowed in processing varies between that of a green tea and that of a black. Varying between 30-70% oxidation, oolongs are produced into two main varieties: a darker, open-leafed style (such as our Da Hong Pao), and a greener, rolled-ball style (such as our Jade Oolong). Darker oolongs tend to have a soft, fruity character with undertones of stone fruit. Greener oolongs offer a more green infusion with a more floral character.
